Order Confirmation & Shipment:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we are processing your order and preparing for shipment. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at check out. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail and void the payment.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your order with a new shipment. If you do not want a replacement sent, you have the option to receive a refund for the damaged product.
Refunds & Returns:
Ergooffice.co has a 30 Day Return Policy on all items. If you would like to return your order, contact email@example.com and we will provide further instructions. If you are within the 30 Day limit, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Ergooffice.co will offer a full refund if the product arrives damaged. Please follow the instructions under “Damages” if this is the case.
If you cancel the order after it has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
